Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered program with foundations firmly established in Biblical truth. The 12 Steps with accompanying Scriptures and the 8 Principles based on the Beatitudes offer participants a clear path of salvation and discipleship; bringing hope, freedom, sobriety, healing, and the opportunity to give back one day at a time through our one and only true Higher Power, Jesus Christ. The 12 Steps and the 8 Principles work seamlessly together, tying historical recovery to timeless Biblical teaching.
We want single parents to know that God's love includes them and their children. This ministry provides basic necessities such as food, cleaning supplies, and toiletries on a monthly basis. It also provides coupons for car maintenance up to three times a year. Single parents who desire this kind of care will need to pick up a registration form from the church; and submit/mail the completed form to the church office.
We believe that marriage is a holy institution created by God and set apart to be the highest representation of human relationship. Our marriage mentoring is designed to draw you closer to each other as a couple, as well as connect you to another couple that has done life together longer. We use 12 Conversations guide by Dr. Edward A. Gray. Mentoring meetings are informal and relaxed; and meet once a month, if possible. Our marriage mentoring is NOT counseling, taking sides, fixing couples or revealing all your secrets. Our marriage counseling IS a supportive friendship, with couples sharing their stories about the blessings, realities, and challenges of marriage in a relaxed setting.
